When does the delivery clock start?
When you complete the order form after payment. All submissions are due within hours. List review does not silently extend that deadline.
What if a directory rejects my product?
I record Rejected in your tracker. Approval is outside my control. The refund promise covers a missed submission deadline.
Will I approve the directories first?
Yes. Before starting, I send the list. You can remove any directory you do not want. Any replacement is documented with a reason and the earlier status remains visible.
What happens after delivery?
I recheck the listings after days at no extra charge and update your tracker.
