Information you provide

Your order form collects your email, product details, submission preferences, and consent. These are used to carry out your order and communicate with you. The payment provider handles payment details; this website does not collect card numbers.

Who receives information

The form provider receives your order details. Selected directories receive the product information needed for submission. Hosting and payment providers process information under their own policies. I do not sell your personal information.

Your tracker

Each order uses a random, unlisted tracking link. Its file contains a short alias, directory rows, and dates, not customer names, emails, or product website fields. Optional public listing links, proof links, and notes can identify the product. Anyone with the link can read it; it is not password-protected. Proof folders should use restricted sharing with the intended customer.

Website storage

This site uses no analytics, advertising scripts, or account cookies. Your hosting provider may keep request logs. Third-party checkout and form pages have their own storage practices.

Retention and requests

Contact me to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. Some payment records may need to be kept where required by law. Retention details will be finalized before orders open.
